About NCGTA
North Cotswolds Gymnastics & Trampolining Academy (NCGTA) was established in September 2015, by Caroline Gill. As a Mother, PE Teacher and specialist gymnastics, trampolining and dance coach, Caroline wanted to bring fun and dynamic classes to the Cotswolds.
Based in Bourton on the Water, NCGTA’s purpose built facility offers a weekly schedule of classes, which range from Parent and Toddler classes, through to Competitive Squads. Whether you're an experienced gymnast, or looking to try it out for the first time, at any age, NCGTA is a family of experienced and friendly coaches, who want to help you develop and achieve your goals.

NCGTA is run with a team of passionate coaches, and specialist staff, who are DBS checked and trained in first aid.
Caroline Gill
FOUNDER & OWNER OF NCGTA
With over 20 years’ experience in teaching PE, Caroline has taken sports to both County, Regional, and National success in both Private and Public Sector schools, across the Cotswolds
Caroline is a Level 2 British Gymnastics Trampolining Coach, as well as a Level 2 in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Georgia Morgan
HEAD COACH
Head Coach Georgia is a qualified Level 3 Women’s Artistic Coach, and a qualified Pre-School coach. She is very involved in working with all of our gymnasts and helping them achieve their goals.
Head Coach Georgia is a great leader of our team.
Meg Arthurs
ASSISTANT HEAD COACH
Meg is our Head of Gymnastics and Activity Holiday Camps. A qualified Level 2 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach, Meg works with both Squad, Recreational gymnasts. She is also Preschool qualified and heads our Pre-Recreational and Gymfants classes.
Meg is the NCGTA Welfare & Safe Guarding Officer and builds strong bonds with the gymnasts she works with.
Emily Hothersall
HEAD OF RECREATIONAL
Coach Emily is a Level 2 Women’s Artistic Coach.
An Ex-Elite Women’s Artistic Gymnast, Emily placed 27th in the 2008 British Championships, and placed 4th AA and 3rd on Bars for BUCS. It is a passion for her to pass on her skills and experience to the NCGTA gymnasts she works with in Preschool, Recreational and Squad sessions.
Coach Emily also holds a BSc (hons) in Sport Therapy.
Jade Parker
NCGTA COACHING TEAM
Jade is an ex-competitive Acrobatic gymnast, having trained and competed for 10 years.
A great member of the team, has a Level 2 Women’s Artistic qualification, and is a Level 1 Acrobatics Coach.
She holds a level 3 first aid, basic life support training and holds a safeguarding children certificate.
Jade coaches our Squad and Recreational and Preschool gymnasts and also is a part of our Holiday Camp Team.
